Processing Time

  • Orders are processed during normal business hours (Monday - Friday).
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Costs

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: £8.00 GBP (2 to 4 business days)

Europe & Rest of the World

  • Standard International Shipping: £16.00 GBP (3 to 17 business days)
  • Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.
Maxim Armouries has no control over these charges and will not cover them.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.
You can monitor your shipment’s status using the tracking number provided.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has shipped, we cannot issue a refund or resend it unless the package is returned to us.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipping fees will apply.
Some couriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases; if undeliverable, the package may be returned to us.

Cancellations & Returns

In-Stock Items: Cancellations can be made before shipping.
Made-to-Order Items: Cancellations are only possible before production begins.
Returns: Shipping fees are non-refundable if an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect.
