Shipping Policy.

Maxim Armouries

Is based in Essex, UK where we ship all our products from. Picking and packing usually takes 2-5 business days (Monday - Friday). If your order contains a custom item, your order will be held and shipped once the custom item is ready, all custom items have lead times in the individual listings. If your order is urgent we recommend getting in touch prior to purchasing to check if it is possible for it to be dispatched faster. Picking and packing time is the time it takes for an order to be packed and collected by Royal Mail.

 

Manufactured to order items similarly will take longer as per dispatch times stated on the product.

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for larger items and or bulk items.

Once your order is ready to leave us you will receive an automated email confirming the tracking information.

Shipping in the UK

We offer free shipping on all UK orders, if over £100, otherwise standard shipment rates apply.

Shipping to Europe and ROW

Shipping is calculated at checkout for Europe and The Rest of the World based on the order box size and weight.

Wrong address supplied

You as a buyer are responsible for providing us with your correct address. Should you provide us with the wrong address and contact us after the item has been shipped, you will not be entitled to a refund or re-shipping unless the item is returned to us. Upon the item being returned you will be responsible for paying shipping fees to have the item re-shipped.

Cancellations

Cancellations of orders can only be made before shipping for in stock items. Cancellations of made to order items can only be made before the item is being made or on its way to us. Get in touch as soon as possible for cancelling made to order items.

TAXES & DUTIES 

It is possible that you may be subject to import duties, custom charges or taxes. As the customer, you are responsible for the payment of any such import costs. Raven Forge has no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount and will not cover them. By purchasing from our site you accept responsibility for covering any taxes and duties you may be charged.

 

DELIVERY FAILURE, FAULTY ADDRESSES & P.O. BOXES 

As the customer you are responsible for covering any re-shipping charges if the order is returned to us due to faulty addresses, failure of client to collect their order when a delivery is missed, inability of the courier to deliver to P.O. boxes or Military bases. Shipping is non-refundable, only the value of the items and not the delivery will be returned. Please note that incorrect addresses or those written using special characters or Military Base addresses may cause a delay to the dispatch, cancellation of your order or returning of the item to us.
